Morning cold rain sees Hanoians grapple with traffic jams

The prolonged spell of rain leaves many parts of Hanoi flooded, causing traffic jams during rush hour. Rain on the morning of October 20 leaves many residents of the capital stranded in rush hour congestion. Heavy rain makes it a huge challenge for local people to commute to work.
