International Yoga Day: Celebrating the 10th Anniversary in Binh Dinh

The Binh Dinh provincial Department of Culture and Sports, in collaboration with the Indian Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City, hosted a yoga event with the theme “One World, One Health.” The event highlighted the physical and mental health benefits of yoga and commemorated the 79th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 – 2024). It also aligned with the campaign to encourage all citizens to follow the example of President Ho Chi Minh and engage in regular exercise for a healthier lifestyle. Hanoi joins over 40 cities and provinces across Vietnam in commemorating the 10th International Yoga Day (June 21) with a diverse range of engaging activities. These celebrations were held at the Quan Ngua Sports Complex, the same venue that hosted the inaugural Yoga Day back in 2015.
